Position Summary :
The Inventory Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records and optimizing material management within our ERP system (Masterplan) . This role requires a detail-oriented, computer-savvy individual who is a self-starter and can work independently while supporting the broader team. Occasional forklift operation may be needed, prior experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Become a subject matter expert in the Masterplan ERP system for inventory tracking and management.
- Ensure accurate data entry and inventory adjustments within the system.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
- Assist in optimizing inventory processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure material availability for production.
- Support warehouse operations by assisting with organization and stock placement.
- Provide forklift support as needed (training available if necessary).
- Uphold CMCs core values in all interactions and responsibilities.
