Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Machine Operator

Job Description

Our Manufacturing Operation has an immediate need for an experienced SMT Machine Operator to join the team. Responsibilities will include setup and operation of the SMT assembly line, and PCB inspection.

Requirements for this position include:

1. Experience with Juki, Mirtec (AOI) and MPM machines or other SMT Pick and Place
2. Ability to work independently required.
3. IPC-610 certification a plus.
4. Familiarity with electronic component identification.
5. Ability to follow the production schedule, and all production and safety procedures.
6. Computer literate.
7. Ability to read and interpret shop floor paperwork.
8. Strong leader ship quality.
9. Some experience in SMT rework soldering (A plus )
10. Some SMT programing ( A plus)
11. 3-5 years' experience in SMT
12. Basic SMT Equipment troubleshooting ( A plus )
