We are looking for a dedicated Grounds Specialist in Greenfield Wisconsin 53221 with $ 18.00-$20.00 / hr pay for a 6 months temp to hire opportunity. In this role, you will provide comprehensive grounds and maintenance services to support burial, landscaping, and burial marker installation. This role ensures all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and with respect for the families we serve, maintaining the beauty and integrity of the grounds. Requires High school diploma or equivalent and minimum six (6) months related experience and operating standard grounds equipment.– APPLY NOW!

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM. Must be available to work Saturdays as needed. Occasional work beyond standard hours may be required.

Work Environment : Outdoor / indoor, all seasons and weather conditions

What You’ll Do :

• Assist with openings and closings for burials, entombments, and inurnments.
• Operate mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and other grounds equipment safely and efficiently.
• Dig graves, place headstones, haul dirt, and manage setup and teardown of gravesites.
• Set, install, and assemble foundations, memorials, and markers.
• Install outer burial containers and complete work orders related to grave and marker maintenance.
• Respond to service requests and ensure all assigned tasks are completed promptly.
• Prepare burial areas within a 25-foot radius and maintain a clean, neat workspace.
• Fill graves, tamp soil, and seed or sod areas as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety rules, universal precautions, and standards of the Dignity Memorial Promise.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and complete required training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
