Senior Electrical Product Design Engineer (Manufacturing)

Initiating a search for an SENIOR E LECTRICAL PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEER (MANUFACTURING) for a mid-sized+, multi-site, growing (organic and acquisitions) national industry leading manufacturer.

Position will support the design, development, and implementation of new products and product improvements, contributing to both strategic initiatives and ongoing engineering efforts. The position involves mentoring junior engineers, maintaining awareness of industry trends and competitive products, and leading problem-solving activities. Responsibilities include developing detailed designs, technical documentation, and test plans, as well as ensuring compliance with engineering standards. The position also supports project scheduling, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts, while providing technical assistance to internal teams and customers as needed.

Salary $90K to $130K (DOE), 5-10% bonus potential, attractive benefits, HYBRID and the opportunity future career growth potential.
