Collaborative and dynamic personality to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage and prioritize stakeholder demands. Base Salary : $150K-$170K (DOE) Equity Potential : Possible, though not guaranteed. About the Role :
The company is looking for a dynamic individual who can take charge of the accounting team and processes. Key responsibilities include :
- Managing GL accounting and overseeing the book-closing process.
- Working in a high-demand environment requiring prioritization and stakeholder management.
- Collaborating with technology teams to ensure smooth accounting processes.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and addressing any inconsistencies.
- Auditing and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
