Key Responsibilities

Rock RMS Administration

• Configure and maintain Rock RMS modules including People Groups Check-In Workflows Dashboards Plugins Reports and Registrations.
• Manage user permissions and system security protocols.
• Oversee Rock RMS updates testing backups and overall system reliability.
• Serve as the primary administrator and liaison with leadership for Rock RMS initiatives.
