[job_card.job_description]Provideurgent care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults. Performassessments, diagnose conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, andprescribe treatments. Handlea variety of non-life-threatening medical conditions, including minor injuries,illnesses, and infections. Administertreatments such as immunizations, wound care, and IV fluids. Collaboratewith medical and administrative staff to ensure quality patient care. Maintainaccurate and up-to-date medical records. Adhereto all protocols, policies, and standards set by the facility and medicalboard. Provideeducation to patients and their families about their conditions and preventivehealthcare. Currentand valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts. Atleast 2 years of experience working in urgent care, emergency medicine, or asimilar fast-paced healthcare setting. Strongclinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate,patient-centered approach. Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Mustbe available to work every other weekend.

- CompetitivePay : Base pay of $75-$85 per hour, with potential bonuses up to $25 per hour,bringing average pay to $96 per hour.
