Union City family seeking a warm, responsible, proactive Mandarin-speaking nanny. We value kindness, emotional awareness, clear communication, and gentle parenting with structure. Were looking for someone experienced with multiple children, able to manage sibling conflict calmly, engage proactively, redirect early, and overcommunicate when needed. Must be comfortable with direct feedback and collaborate well with parents. Responsibilities include play, activities, routines, light meal prep, transitions, and keeping children emotionally safe. Rate based on experience.
