Development Associate

A company is looking for a Development Associate to advance its fundraising agenda through donor engagement and major gift program support.

Key Responsibilities

Drive growth of major gift prospect pool through research and relationship-building activities

Project manage email engagement and donor cultivation campaigns, coordinating with the Communications Team

Lead the development of annual reports and donor collateral while ensuring CRM accuracy

Required Qualifications

At least two years of development experience, preferably in an advocacy environment

Experience in donor engagement and stewardship of individual donors

Experience with CRM maintenance and use, or ability to learn new digital platforms quickly

Sound judgment in handling confidential donor information

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
