Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and coordination of growth strategies across various channels to enhance user engagement and conversion rates
Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for optimization to leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop precise segmentation and ensure effective campaign performance measurement
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
Experience in developing and executing successful campaigns for email and at least one mobile channel
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build effective relationships with diverse teams
Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on precision and detail
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
