PowerFrame® Operator

Location : Florence, KY

Pay : $24.72 / hr. with overtime (1.5x pay for hours worked over 40 per week).

Paid weekly on Fridays.

Shift Differential :

• 12-hour Day Shift : +$0.45 / hr.
• 12-hour Night Shift : +$1.00 / hr.

Shifts : 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule (15 days per month) with every other weekend off.

Benefits Start : Day 31

About the Plant

Our Florence, Kentucky components plant manufactures battery containers, covers, and PowerFrame® grids. Since opening in 1978, we’ve grown to employ 150 people and operate six days per week. We proudly support the community through food and hygiene drives and local nonprofit partnerships.
