Learning & Development Managers focus on providing coaching, motivation and support to enhance the engagement and success of their team of training specialists in attaining targets and goals. Evaluate trainers, curriculum and processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis. They are responsible for meeting team productivity and quality goals.
You'll report to Director of Learning & Development. You’ll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the team’s overall success.

Compensation : The Anticipated salary range for this position is 80,000- 85,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and / or skill levels.
