As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and improving overall performance
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
