Staff Infrastructure Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and drive the multi-year roadmap for the cloud infrastructure platform, making strategic decisions around performance, cost, and maintainability

Architect and lead the implementation of the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) platform, ensuring scalability and governance

Own and drive the evolution of the organization's deployment ecosystem for secure and reliable enterprise-wide deployments

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure roles with large-scale production systems on AWS

Deep expertise in system-level programming and architectural design in languages such as Go or Python

Proven track record of owning critical outcomes end-to-end across multiple functions

Expert-level knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform, and experience with container orchestration systems

Experience serving as a trusted technical advisor on cross-functional initiatives
