Job Description :
Employees in this position are responsible for analyzing and reporting financial data from manufacturing activities to determine the cost of conducting business. The position will help steer the profitability of the company by supporting manufacturing, sales and management with valuable financial information to help guide business decision and reduce product cost. He / she will be responsible for the completeness, accuracy, timeliness and quality of monthly, quarterly and annual cost reporting and analysis. Analysis includes, but is not limited to, inventory, labor and procurement cost.
Job Requirements :
- Knowledge of ERP Systems a plus, Epicor advantage.
- Managing general accounting function as well as month end closing to ensure that all accounts are accurately stated and analyzed on a timely basis
- Overseeing daily operations in the invoicing, AR, AP, identifying process improvements to further streamline all accounting functions
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with different software and applications, advanced level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel)
- Improving the cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs
- Coordinating and managing the annual financial statement and tax audit ; Bachelor or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is plus
- Providing financial statement reporting and analysis, as well as management reporting to the senior leadership team
- Implement processes for collections, denials, appeals, payment posting, customer communications, and other related reporting
- Coordinating financial planning and budgetary process including the integration of budgets
- Continually managing the accounting team, providing individuals with coaching, guidance, and professional and personal growth opportunities where possible
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal and international laws and guidelines
- Direct multiple billing, collections, and related processes for various clients and payers
- Strong interpersonal skills; possess a collaborative work ethic and style to interact with team members from diverse background
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently but with the judgment to know when to seek guidance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an established attention to detail and structure; impeccable analytical and organizational skills
