[job_card.job_description]Assemble complex electronic assemblies using pre-production or prototype documentation Develop and modify work instructions Create processes, tooling, and fixtures to support quality and production goals Provide training on processes, rework, and equipment as needed Develop work instructions and maintenance procedures Perform maintenance and repair on machines as required Program machines including AOI, X-ray, conformal coating, press-fit, etc. Assist with NPIs (New Product Introductions) and production targets Provide feedback and recommendations to the engineering team Experience in electronics manufacturing Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to develop and modify assembly and machine instructions Engineering or technical training / degree preferred Knowledge of J-STD / IPC standards is ideal Ability to learn and work within ERP systems Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Able to lift up to 40 lbs and comfortable working with machinery

Overview :
We are seeking a hands-on Process Technician to support production and engineering initiatives within our electronics manufacturing team. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, as you will work directly with engineering and production to meet goals, build high-quality products, and drive continuous improvement. The Process Technician will assist in implementing work instructions, developing processes, and supporting machine programming needs.
