Key Responsibilities
Provide executive and organizational support, including scheduling, meeting logistics, and knowledge management
Coordinate cross-functional operational support across Development, Marketing & Communications, and Finance
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and maintain knowledge management systems for the US office
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in operations, nonprofit administration, coordination, or project management
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
Mission-driven mindset and ability to work across cultures and time zones
Comfort supporting multiple leaders and teams simultaneously
