Pay Range : $55 - $60 Per Hour

Summary :

This position involves coordinating and leading projects within the AI product marketing group, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary guidelines. The role entails overseeing all project aspects from initiation to completion, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. The successful candidate will prepare detailed reports for senior management, demonstrating a clear status of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and complete projects or programs on time and within budget.
  • Oversee all project aspects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to plans.
  • Set deadlines, allocate project tasks, and monitor progress, adjusting as needed.
  • Prepare and present detailed project status reports to upper management.
  • Lead and direct project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Proven project management skills with multiple high-priority initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to influence at various organizational levels.
  • Experience in program & event management, with a preference for tech industry background.

    • Domain Experience Required

  • Background in AI / ML product marketing or relevant tech industry experience is highly advantageous.
