In this role, you will provide essential in-home care services to clients in the Knoxville, TN area, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in a comfortable, familiar environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to enhance clients' emotional well-being
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor health changes
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Follow care plans and document services performed accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related healthcare field preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
• Ability to pass background checks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to and from client
