Job Description

Develop documentation of processes, procedures, job aids, standards, guidelines, control plans for approved/chartered initiatives. Facilitate the development, documentation, and approval of processes, procedures, job aids, standards, guidelines, control plans for approved/chartered initiatives. Support problem solving/analysis by utilizing the CE Way for improved performance and sustainability of the changes.

Qualifications

Process Modeling (required and instrumental part of the job) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written, Formal and Informal) Technical Writing Facilitation & Negotiation (Planning, facilitating, documenting, and managing the business process development process) Organization (Because we work across so many stakeholder groups, having an organized and professional approach to the work are very important to ensure effective use of time and to drive toward purposeful decisions) Problem Solving/Analytical (a candidate should have already demonstrated capabilities in analysing complex business problems, investigating options, determining decision criteria, aligning with key stakeholders, and solving the issues. This is core to what this position will do day to day. Lean and/or Six Sigma experience desired) Strong business acumen (this position only exists to support the other areas of the business, and it is important that the candidate can align technical and business requirements to business strategy and break through goals) Investigation/Research (As part of problem solving and developing recommendations, it is very important not to rely on our own expertise and understanding, but to also seek out the best practices and opportunities that might help us deliver even more value.
