A company is looking for a Communications Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in executing transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support change management and strategic communications across RISE implementation workstreams
Develop and execute communication strategies and products to guide stakeholders through organizational transformation
Collaborate with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging and support governance activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
4-6 years of experience in strategic communications, change management, or organizational transformation initiatives
Experience developing executive-level communications materials
Legal Authorization to work in the U.S
Experience supporting stakeholder engagement in complex organizations
