As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met with precision and care. Responsibilities:

• Prepares and serves meals and snacks to residents, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Assists with food preparation, including utensil washing, food portioning, and plating
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the dietary department, including storage areas and workstations
• Assists with resident tray service, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of food delivery
• Collaborates with dietary staff to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintains accurate records and reports, including meal counts, food temperatures, and inventory management
• Participates in resident satisfaction surveys and provides feedback to improve service

Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
