Your Role Includes :

• Leading by Example : Be hands-on during every shiftjumping behind the bar, greeting customers, and showing the team what great service looks like.
• Coaching & Development : Provide feedback, training, and encouragement to help baristas grow in skill and confidence.
• Operations Management : Support store checklists, uphold speed and quality standards, assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory.
• Decision-Making : Act as manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is off shift. Handle personnel and customer situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Creating a Positive Environment : Maintain a clean, upbeat, and team-oriented atmosphere that motivates everyone to bring their best.
