We’re looking for a Creative Director to define and lead the visual identity, creative strategy, and execution for our brand and marketing programs. In this hands‑on role, you’ll work closely with the VP of Brand & Communications, internal marketing teams, and external agencies or freelancers to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand creative across digital, web, video, social, events, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s creative vision across all marketing channel
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual identity standards
• Manage external creative partners and freelance resources to deliver consistent, high-quality creative
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen teams to ensure creative supports both strategic and campaign goals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in hypergrowth SaaS companies
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and campaign work
• Experience leading creative projects with agencies and freelancers
• Exceptional visual storytelling, design direction, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, small‑team environment
