Job Summary

Star Nonemergent Transportation is seeking Nonemergency Medical Transport Specialist Drivers. We are currently looking for a reliable and caring drivers who wants to go above and beyond to help clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Drivers will be responsible for transporting clients to their appointments and other treatments safely and in timely manner

Assures all tie down and wheelchair lifts and gurneys are secured properly

Effectively communicate with clients, staff, families and other entities

Follow schedules and assist clients on and off the vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.

Clean and inspect vehicles. Report all maintenances to immediate supervisor in timely manner

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving

Provide exceptional customer service

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors

Requirements

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Clean background check

Current or complete CPR / First Aid Certification upon hire

Clean drug screening

Able to navigate and find locations using GPS
