Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience
Basic knowledge of position management, classification systems, and recruitment processes
Proficiency in Microsoft products including Teams
Working knowledge of workflow optimization
Experience in managing sensitive personnel data with discretion and integrity
