Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and consultative support to leadership in organizational design and talent strategies

Lead projects related to succession planning, workforce analytics, and process optimization

Research and implement best practices in talent acquisition and professional development

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience

Basic knowledge of position management, classification systems, and recruitment processes

Proficiency in Microsoft products including Teams

Working knowledge of workflow optimization

Experience in managing sensitive personnel data with discretion and integrity
