Oracle OTM / GTM consultant

Role Overview :

The OTM / GTM Architect / Lead will architect and lead the integration design between SAP S / 4HANA and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) & Global Trade Management (GTM), optimizing end-to-end transportation planning and execution processes for Kubota. This role requires deep expertise in logistics, integration frameworks, and enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and lead the integration design between SAP and Oracle OTM / GTM, focusing on transportation planning and execution.
• Develop robust integration frameworks for real-time data synchronization (order management, shipment visibility, billing).
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams and logistics / TMS stakeholders to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership in crafting scalable, maintainable, and future-ready integration architectures.
• Drive data mapping, transformation logic, and overall integration strategy for seamless interoperability.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and evolving business requirements.
• Oversee error handling, monitoring, and exception management for integration flows.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 10+ years in enterprise logistics and integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA, Oracle OTM / GTM, and middleware (SAP CPI, Redwood Connector).
• Strong understanding of real-time and batch integration methods (IDoc, XML, SOAP, REST API).
• Proven leadership in large-scale integration projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
