Position Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of core platforms and frameworks that power our policy management capabilities. If you're passionate about building reusable, horizontal platforms that unlock business benefit and support customer customization and extensions, then this is the job for you.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to drive the modernization of GEICO's policy services and systems
• Influence product vision and collaborate with product teams to deliver solutions aligned with business strategy
• Champion and instill strong Agile practices to drive team effectiveness, adaptability, and continuous delivery
• Ensure operational excellence through engineering best practices
• Coach and mentor team members for high performance and accountability
• Deliver scalable, cloud-based applications

Education

Annual Salary $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate / annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
