IT Program Manager

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager who will oversee a portfolio of related projects within the distribution transformer industry.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee multiple projects within a program to ensure cohesive delivery aligned with organizational goals

Manage program governance, reporting, and performance metrics

Lead program planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

5+ years' experience in project and program management

Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is required

Proficient in MS Office and project management software (MS Project, Jira, etc.)

Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
