What You'll Do

• Champion Sponsorships: Sell advertisement sponsorships that fund the production of impactful educational materials.
• Travel to Key Communities: Regularly visit law enforcement agencies, businesses, and community partners within your assigned territory to build relationships and close deals.
• Drive Results & Support Growth: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring sponsorships translate into real community engagement and a lasting impact.

Qualifications

• Sales Experience: Proven success in field sales, ideally in advertising or sponsorship roles.
• Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients across a diverse territory.
• Independent & Self-Motivated: Ability to manage a high-volume territory, set your own schedule, and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Willingness to Travel: Embrace frequent travel as a core part of this position.
• Resilient Go-Getter: Determination to learn, adapt, and excel despite challenges.

Compensation & Benefits

• 1099 Position: With uncapped earning potential and bi-weekly commissions.
• Expected First-Year Earnings: Approximately $110,000, with opportunities to exceed that via performance-based incentives.
