Marketing Program Manager

The Program Manager will lead a team of four Marketing Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery of marketing initiatives from ideation through execution. This role focuses on high-level oversight, including progress tracking, process improvement, and leadership reporting. Responsibilities include identifying roadblocks, optimizing workflows, and managing resource allocation using Workfront. The ideal candidate has broad marketing experience across multiple functions, strong analytical skills for reporting and resource planning, and excels in assertive yet relationship-driven communication to maintain trust and transparency.
Requirements :
- 2+ years experience in a marketing leadership role ideally managing Project Managers
- Experience across various facets of marketing creative, martech, strategy
- PM tool ideally workfront but would also take Jira

Campaign Delivery Leadership - Manage campaign intake, prioritization and resourcing to ensure timely execution of integrated marketing initiatives across paid media, email, web and social.Workfront Administration & Process Optimization - Configure Workfront (dashboards, templates, custom forms, and automations); champion system adoption; identify and implement efficiency gains that reduce cycle time and manual touchpoints.Standardization & SLA Enforcement - Develop and socialize playbooks, RACI matrices and SLAs; monitor compliance, escalate variances, and lead continuous improvement workshops to drive operational excellence.Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Strategy, Creative, and MarTech to align project milestones with campaign goals, KPI's and performance insights.Team Development & Performance Reporting Hire, coach and inspire Project Managers; foster a culture of accountability and curiosity; publish weekly and monthly performance dashboards highlighting throughput, velocity, and KPI attainment.
