  • Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm | Full-Time | No weekends, No on-call
  • Qualifications

_Required : _

  • Active Texas MD or DO license
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain promptly)
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Ability to manage 16-21 patients per day in an outpatient setting

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Experience with value-based care models
  • Job Summary :

    • The Primary Care Physician (PCP) will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services to an adult population (ages 18-65), focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness. This role emphasizes collaborative care, quality outcomes, and cultural competency, serving a largely Spanish-speaking patient base (Spanish not required).

  • Responsibilities :
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, wellness exams, and preventive screenings.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions following evidence-based guidelines.
  • Coordinate care with the Medical Director, APPs, and support staff to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Utilize EMR for accurate, timely documentation.
  • Promote patient engagement through education and shared decision-making.
  • Participate in occasional walk-in appointments while maintaining manageable patient volume
  • Uphold quality metrics tied to bonus structure.
