• Monday - Friday with Saturday option for alternate day off
• 32 hours guaranteed first 2 weeks, then 40 hours guaranteed
• 5 - 6 patients per day
• Home health setting
• Adult patient population
• 30 mile radius coverage area with flexible scheduling
• Home health experience preferred but willing to train
• HCHB experience preferred but willing to train

From $1820.00 to $3000.00 weekly

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
