A company is looking for a Sr. Tax Compliance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze federal and state tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and alignment with current laws
Lead the preparation and review of annual corporate tax filings and maintain accurate tax records
Provide training and support to departments on tax-related matters and respond to inquiries from employees and vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance or a tax-related field, or equivalent education / experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with federal and state tax reporting in a healthcare or higher education setting
Experience analyzing legislation related to tax withholding, wage and hour, and leave programs
Proficient with Excel and capable of structuring large data sets for analysis
Highly customer service oriented
