Sr. IT Operations Manager (6257)

As an Sr. IT Operations Manager youll lead a high performing mission-critical team for a 24 / 7 / 365 customer. The Senior IT Operations Manager will be responsible for leading IT service delivery Network Operations Server Operations support systems maintenance.

What youll do :

• Work with technical teams to provide day-to-day operations modernization and enhancements to the enterprise operations
• Develop cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Plan and recommend improvements modernization or additional equipment to increase the capacity of service delivery
• Prepare executive-level reports that ensure optimal performance and maintain records of service level agreements for customers

What youll need to succeed :

SALARY RANGE : $147000 - $188000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including :
