Fox TV StationsFOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. We are on the lookout for passionate individuals who value journalism and aspire to contribute to our top-tier reporting, both on-screen and behind the scenes, across broadcast and streaming platforms. We are in search of an experienced News Video Editor to select and assemble impactful news content for our Mornings on 2 newscasts. This position may also play a critical role in shaping digital content for our online platforms, streaming media and social media. What You’ll Do :

• Select and edit news video content, from a variety of sources, for news and feature stories such as VOs, VO-SOTS and packages.
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to contribute video content to various live and taped shows and segments.
• Ensure video content is compelling, accurate, and aligns with the overall editorial vision.
• Anticipate problems, correct errors and develop workflows and systems so errors do not recur.
• Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate / range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $31.50-46.15 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical / dental / vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
