Mortgage Closer

A company is looking for a Closer - Remote Eligible.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and prepare loans for closing while ensuring compliance with all closing procedures

Communicate with stakeholders and manage a pipeline of 45 or more active loans

Review closing documentation for accuracy and resolve any post-close issues

Required Qualifications

1 or more years of residential mortgage closing experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience using Encompass preferred

Strong mathematical and judgment skills

Ability to comply with industry-related regulations and work independently
