A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to drive outbound sales efforts and generate new business.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients through phone calls
Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to address those requirements
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of outbound sales experience; inbound sales experience is a plus
At least 2 years of cold and warm sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
Direct industry experience is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a nice to have but not required
