Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lonati Style Changer to operate, adjust, and maintain advanced sock?knitting machinery within a high?volume textile manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to perform quick, accurate style changes while ensuring top-tier product quality. The ideal candidate brings hands-on knitting technology experience and a commitment to excellence in production output.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain advanced Lonati sock?knitting machines , ensuring consistent performance and high?quality production.

Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout knitting and finishing stages to ensure product accuracy and consistency.

Perform style changes efficiently and return machines to full production free of defects .

Maintain accurate records of experiments, adjustments, findings, production settings, and technical specifications .

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in knitting technology or sock manufacturing.

Strong analytical and problem?solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Competencies

Technical proficiency with Lonati or similar circular knitting machines

Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to troubleshoot and correct machine issues quickly

Quality?driven mindset with strong attention to detail
