What Youll Do

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email providing timely and effective solutions.
• Review daily reports and take action to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Process customer orders with precision and speed.
• Collaborate across departmentsincluding Sales Agencies and Operationsto deliver seamless service.
• Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism ensuring quick turnaround times.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and elevate service levels.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
