[job_card.job_description]Serve as the primary tax professional in a multi-disciplinary client service team implementing and delivering integrated tax and financial planning Provide technical tax expertise with respect to business restructuring, acquisitions and dispositions to achieve tax-efficient outcomes Review of Individual, Partnership, S-Corporation, Gift, Trust and Estate Tax Returns Manage delivery of tax compliance and planning to clients and engagement teams Respond to inquiries from taxing authorities Develop, motivate, and train associates on tax-related matters Develop tools and process improvements to more effectively and efficiently deliver tax services to clients Masters of Taxation or equivalent degree preferred CPA required 5+ years of experience in a public accounting environment 1+ years of management level experience Significant experience in tax compliance, research and planning Significant experience with flow-through entity compliance and planning Experience with investment partnerships a plus Corporate Tax experience a plus
Tax Manager- Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) - $100,000 to $150,000 + 11% of base bonus / year
- Advisor (2+years + CPA track) : $80,000 -100,000 + 7% of base bonus
- Manager (5+years, CPA) : $100,000-150,000 + 11% of base bonus
- Strategists (7+years, CPA, Masters or JD) : $140,000-$225,000 + 14% of base bonus
