We are seeking skilled anddedicated Intensivists to join our team in both day and night roles, playing avital part in delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive annual salary:$320,000 - $350,000, based on experience, schedule, and qualifications. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensivecritical care coverage in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on a 7-on / 7-offschedule, supporting a balanced work-life routine. Collaborate closely withmultidisciplinary teams, including nursing, respiratory therapy, and specialtyconsultants, to develop and execute patient-centered care plans. Perform patient assessments,manage ventilators, oversee admissions and discharges, and conduct daily ICUrounds. Utilize the Cerner EMRsystem for accurate and efficient clinical documentation. Contribute to ongoingquality improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in critical caremedicine. Requirements: Board Certified or BoardEligible in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary and Critical Care, or InternalMedicine/Critical Care. Valid Massachusetts medicallicense (or eligibility to obtain one). Proven expertise in themanagement of complex, critically ill patients. Strong communication andteamwork skills.
