Dermatology Nurse Practitioner

Job description:
An established dermatology practice in West New York, NJ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their team. The practice specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Providers with 2+ years of experience will be considered first.

Responsibilities:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Provide medical and cosmetic dermatology services
• Common conditions treated include acne, atypical moles, eczema, hair loss, melasma, psoriasis, rosacea, skin infections, etc.
• Ability to provide cosmetic services if interested including Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, etc.

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey State License
• 2+ years dermatology experience
• Knowledge of dermatology procedures, treatments, and terminology
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems (EMR)
