Utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, and implementing individualized interventions. Recognize significant changes in patient conditions, adapting care plans as necessary. Evaluate patient and unit outcomes, actively participating in improvement initiatives. Demonstrate effective communication and leadership in care coordination. Promote patient safety through proactive strategies and immediate reporting of events. Engage in ethical decision-making and collaborative care approaches. Participate in professional development activities and maintain required competencies. Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific patient care needs. Active Registered Nurse license in the practicing state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Completion of an accredited Nursing program. Ability to provide holistic patient care and respond to situations with confidence. Proficient in technology, including electronic medical records systems. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong collaboration and leadership abilities among healthcare teams. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking frequently. Lift and carry specified weights safely. Work with protective clothing and equipment due to exposure to hazardous materials. Excellent speech, vision, and hearing capabilities necessary for patient care.
