Overall Requirements:

• Pass standard background check
• Pass standard drug screen
• Strong verbal and written skills required able to handle a high call volume and excellent customer service
• Strong computer skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Some positions require typing a minimum of 40wpm
• Some positions require answering high-volume of phone calls
