Lead the development of high-quality design solutions across various projects
Define and translate strategic insights into compelling visual ideas and design systems
Mentor and develop designers while promoting collaboration within the team
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in design, branding, or packaging within a creative agency
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging, and visual systems
Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
