Key Responsibilities :
Manage full cycle recruitment pipelines from sourcing to closing across multiple organizations
Attract and hire top talent for technical and other departmental roles
Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and collaboration with hiring leaders
Required Qualifications :
4+ years of full cycle Technical Recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house focused on engineering hiring
Exposure to various roles including GTM, Ops, and Technical positions
Proven track record of managing the full cycle recruiting process effectively
Experience in recruiting operations, including data management and interview training
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and resourcefulness
