Nurse Practitioner (Manhattan)

Hiring for a well-established internal medicine practice that has proudly served the Latino community in Washington Heights for over 20 years. With a high volume of returning patients and a focus on chronic disease management, prevention, and culturally competent care, we are

seeking a Spanish-speaking NP or PA to join our team in providing high-quality adult

primary care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive adult internal medicine evaluations.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and asthma.
• Perform annual physical exams, wellness visits, sick visits, and follow-ups.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with specialists and provide patient education.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR system.
• Deliver respectful, culturally sensitive care to a largely Spanish-speaking patient

population.
