Job Description:

·Understands best practices and processes for end-to-end delivery of website content production

·Recognizes where dependencies are for web development cycles through content, design and asset management

·Experience building and maintaining delivery processes for web production from intake, routing, development and QA

·Has background leveraging traffic management and routing tools such as Adobe Workfront to manage, assign and report against web production requests

·Accustomed to daily high volume request queues as initial intake traffic manager

·Ability to oversee a team of web developers to balance assignment and resource capacity while adhering to established SLAs

·Understands QA processes for both pre- and post-delivery of web production. Able to oversee and build efficiency in QA practices for error-free delivery

·At least 3 years in web traffic and QA roles to oversee delivery of website content production

Experience Level: 3-5 years

Minimum Educational Requirement: High school degree or equivalent
