We are seeking dynamic, mission-driven individuals for a leadership or operations-focused role at Statesmen College Preparatory Academy for Boys.

Leadership at Statesmen must maintain a laser-like focus on creating and maintaining a College-Going Academic School Culture of Efficacy. Team members will support the CEO and school community by ensuring that operational, academic, and organizational systems are executed with consistency, excellence, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and uphold the vision and mission of Statesmen College Preparatory Academy for Boys.
• Ensure that school systems and procedures are implemented with fidelity.
• Provide high-quality operational and logistical support to the CEO and school leadership team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate academic, behavioral, and administrative systems that support student success.
• Manage or support key operational functions such as: scheduling, procurement, compliance, data systems, and internal communications.
• Use data and feedback to monitor the efficacy of school systems and make improvements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the overall leadership and strategic direction of the school.
• Liaise with school leadership to ensure academic and operational priorities are aligned and reinforced across all departments.
